Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!

Can I specify a PMS color for my imprint?2018-08-07T13:40:48+00:00

Yes! Keep in mind, however, that in some cases there is an additional charge for this service in order to get the specialized ink if an exact match is required. There are also a few products where, due to the limitations of the imprinting process, exact PMS matching isn’t possible. We will help you with this. If you don’t require an exact match, but would like us to be ‘as close as possible’ – we’re happy to help.

How long is the sample lead time?2018-02-22T03:57:51+00:00

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 7-10 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

How long is the production lead time?2018-02-22T04:00:17+00:00

It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity. For stock products with custom printing requested, it takes 10-15 days.

Our normal payment term is 30%T/T prepayment, balance against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight. The payment terms is negotiable as per different conditions.

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But custom samples will be charged accordingly.

What if I receive more or less than I ordered?2018-02-22T04:08:55+00:00

Typically in our industry you are charged for any ‘overruns’ – we don’t! We charge you only for what you ordered. In the unlikely event we ship fewer than ordered, you’ll be charged only for what you received.

Can I cancel or change my order?2018-02-22T04:10:43+00:00

You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Use of Trademarks2018-02-22T04:12:35+00:00

If we use artwork you have supplied to imprint your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.
